- The centre is on the ground floor of the Immeuble Leila, at number 2, on Avenue Al Hawz. The easiest landmark is Carrefour Market Souissi: the centre is right next to it, two hundred metres from Avenue Mohammed VI, one of the main roads running right across the city.
- By car, the A1 motorway is two kilometres away, which puts the centre within easy reach of people coming from outside Rabat. Free parking is available right in front of the building.
- By public transport, several bus lines serve El Youssoufia and stop a few minutes’ walk from the entrance.
The centre also welcomes people from the neighbouring municipalities: Salé.

Quitting smoking involves two distinct kinds of dependence. The first is physical: deprived of nicotine, the body protests, and this shows up as nervousness, irritability and sometimes shorter nights. The second is behavioural: the tea after a meal, the break between two files, the cigarette that goes with a conversation. Each moment becomes a trigger in its own right.
Most of the people we see at the centre have already tried, on their own or with nicotine substitutes. These attempts are not failures of willpower: it often takes several before quitting sticks in the long term. Laser auricular reflexology works on the physical side. The session lasts about an hour. It begins with an initial interview: how much you smoke, your previous attempts, the times of day when the craving comes back. - The laser application
Next comes the laser application. A gentle, low-intensity laser stimulates reflex points on the ear and a few points on the nose. No needles, no breaking of the skin, no medication: the method is non-invasive and painless. Most people feel nothing more than slight warmth. The session ends with advice for the days that follow.
What the method aims to do, and what it does not do
The method is based on laser stimulation of specific points. It aims to ease the physical signs of withdrawal felt after stopping, and to reduce the symptoms often associated with quitting, such as stress, irritability, anxiety or sleep problems. - minors without parental consent
