Quitting smoking involves two distinct addictions. The first is physical: the body craves nicotine, and going without it brings irritability, nervousness, broken sleep and a fear of putting on weight. The second has to do with habits: the morning coffee, the break at work, a drink with friends. Each situation becomes a trigger in its own right.

- minors without parental consent
